How to buy?
To buy in our Store, you have a search engine that lists the Products according to categories. Here’s how to do it:
- Step 1: Locating the Product – Choose the category in which the Product you are looking for fits and click on the product.
- Step 2: Once inside the product page, simply choose the quantity you want and click on “Request order”
- Step 3: You will be taken to the cart page, with all the products you want to order. After that, click on the button to proceed to Checkout, where you will put your information and finalize the purchase.
- Step 4: Finally, enter your details and click on the finalize button, to receive the information and get in touch with you to arrange the payment and delivery.
If you are looking for a Product that is not in our register, send an email to estressado@estressado.com
Soon we will be including the item in our database.
If you need to return a Product purchased from our Store, you must do so within a maximum period of 30 days. To exchange a Product and get a refund, the Product must be packed in its original box. If the Product you purchased is defective, please indicate the problem when you return it, and we will replace it with another one. Always test the Product before making a return.
We fully understand that you want to keep your personal information safe. We have only one commitment: to get the Product to you as quickly as possible. The information you share with us does not go beyond this website.
